Zoom Phone Zero Out Options

You can use the link above or View More Settings in Zoom to access your page.

In your Zoom Portal click on Phone then go to Settings.  We recommend only using the User or Auto Receptionist (NM Operator).

Scroll down to When a call is not answered, Click on Allow callers to reach an operator then Connect to Operator, you can choose a person. (Note: Only Zoom Users available)

Scroll down to When a call is not answered, Click on Allow callers to reach an operator then Connect to Operator, Auto Receptionist and drop down to choose your Receptionist.
